Apply to Seneca College from PIE International Education

Seneca College is one of the best colleges to apply to in Canada, and coincidentally is also one of our affiliated universities for our potential international students. It has been challenging to make decisive decisions in regard to studying abroad due to the current times. The global pandemic due to the Covid-19 virus has put many of our talents in dismay and confusion. But we bear good news that you no longer have to remain in wait to apply to Seneca College.

Applications in Canada during the COVID-19 pandemic resumed!

The Canadian Government has included Seneca College as one of the first Designated Learning Institutions (DSIs) to receive approval to accept international students into the country during the current COVID-19 pandemic. With your support, we are pleased to inform you that you can apply to Seneca College for the earliest opportunity to start or continue with your studies by traveling to Canada.

As a condition of Seneca’s approval, you will need to comply with the Seneca COVID-19 readiness plan. The Government of Canada also requires that you complete your readiness plan before you travel to Canada. And also possess a valid study permit or port of entry letter of introduction.

The Canadian Government also recognizes students who are either registered at Seneca or accepted into one of their programs. This recognition permits your travel to Canada to study at Seneca as non-discretionary or necessary, even if your program is delivered entirely online during the pandemic.

Post-Graduate Work Permit in Canada

Seneca’s approval to welcome international students does not impact any other temporary government policy changes that are still in effect. For example, you can continue to study online in your home countries, with the time counting toward your Post-Graduate Work Permit (PGWP) until April 30, 2021. Considering that you will be offered any assistance to accommodate your preparation for travel to Canada. And support during the mandatory quarantine period upon arrival. Note that even with Seneca’s approval to welcome international students, any students attempting to enter Canada should do so at their own risk. And they should ensure that all IRCC pre-arrival steps are followed.
